Pour un groupe suisse spécialisé dans l’instrumentation de mesure, nous avons réalisé la maintenance de la paie et de la gestion des temps, ainsi que l’intégration de Employee Central avec l’ERP SAP HCM. Nous avons mis en place EC à l’échelle internationale, en reproduisant l’organisation depuis SuccessFactors, et en préservant les interfaces et workflows de l’ERP SAP HCM. Nous avons simplifié la gestion administrative et organisationnelle de notre client, et proposé un modèle de déploiement performant et flexible, repris par les projets en Suisse et en Allemagne.
For a French group with over 1,000 employees and a leading player in metal packaging, we delivered SAP Payroll and Time Management maintenance and integrated a new company along with SuccessFactors Employee Central. The solution was rolled out in three phases, taking into account specific time management requirements, including RTT and delegation hours, across the group’s three companies and 14 sites. We created tangible value by streamlining time entry, improving data reliability, and reducing time-management processing errors. The estimated return on investment for this project was equivalent to 2 FTEs.
For a cloud and web hosting provider, we delivered the first large-scale payroll run using SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. We integrated Employee Central with ECP Payroll, EC Time Off, and PCC, taking into account the complex business logic behind certain processes. We ensured full payroll run operations, covering all payroll processes. Absence management was handled in Employee Central, while time evaluation was performed in ECP. We created value by ensuring consistency between EC and ECP logic, eliminating manual data re-entry, integrating a digital document vault, and collecting variable payroll data via web services.
